Author Spotlight: Claudia Colonna

We were delighted to welcome local Cliffside Park author Claudia Colonna to our MD class this month! Claudia captivated our students with her heartwarming book "Bajette's Balloon: An Adventure of Giving." Inspired by real-life experiences, her story beautifully illustrates how generosity creates connections and brings joy to everyone involved. Our students were especially thrilled by the interactive "Magic of Smiles™" stickers, which allowed them to experience firsthand the excitement of giving. Claudia's visit wasn't just about reading a book—it was a memorable lesson in kindness that left our classroom filled with smiles. We're grateful to have such talented community members willing to share their gifts with our students and reinforce the important values we teach every day.
